Speciality Volunteers:
We need some volunteers to help with marshalling and the start gate for the round 3, PMBC Dh race at Murray Valley, Dwellingup. I will need about 4 to 5 Marshalls and 2 people to supervise the start gate. These six or seven volunteers will be able to nominate a race person of their choice for free entry. I would suggest doing the online rego and selecting pay on day, and on race day (Sunday 13th) when you check in, you will be able to let us know who is selected for free rego and they don't need to pay. Regular volunteers:
I will personally need about 10 to 15 volunteers to help set-up the race track (bunting, timing cables laid out, setting up tents...etc) this will include being there on Sat 12th from 10:00am and again Sunday about 7:30am to set up for racing, and then Sunday afternoon about 2 or 3pm to take down the track and tents...etc. If you're available please e-mail me at above mentioned address.

Ps. The club appreciates all the help we have received so far this year and without this support will not not be able to continue conducting race events--so thank you and keep up the great collaborative effort.
