PMBC Club Rd #2 "Golden Grove" Sunday 22nd June
Yes it's on! That’s right it’s time for round 2 of the PMBC race series, at Golden Grove orchard in the Chittering Valley (opposite 3 Chillies). This site is a private farm, so access outside of race day is not permitted. As usual there will be no official practice on Saturday and due to the nature of the place, shuttle service will not be available. However, this area is packed full of variety, with lots of rock gardens and open fast sections. The course is quite long and as always their will be some slight changes to the course, but it will keep most of the same lines from last year.
*Online rego for this event is up and working, and I strongly urge everyone to take advantage of this service, as it makes life way easier for everyone on the day. You can access online rego from the toolbar link "RACE ENTRY - FORMS AND ONLINE". If you don't have a Credit Card, you can choose pay on the day option, but you still have to fill in the rego online. We will have late rego on the day, HOWEVER IT WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $15. Anyone who registers online, can you also print out the online receipt and bring it with you. AS ALWAYS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR CURRENT MTBA CARD OR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A DAY LICENCE FOR $15.

Getting there:
From Perth head out Great Northern Highway to Bullsbrook, Turn Right onto Chittering Road when you see the RAAF Base on the left. Follow Chittering road for about 15kms and Golden Grove Orchard is down on the right-hand side, opposite 3 Chillies farm.
Golden Grove really is an awesome race track (bar the crappy push up), but the scenic views are top notch and will make for awesome spectating & picnicking. The weather forecast is for perfect sunny, fine days—Hope to see everyone there!
