The first ever legal north shore style structure approved on DEC land has now been installed and is ready for riding at Forsyth Mills trail!!!
On Saturday under some rather nasty weather conditions a group of keen mountain bikers and one DEC man fronted up to help install WA's first "legit" NS structure on DEC land. All went smoothly and it was being test riden by our very own Mike "the mad man" Daws by about 2pm.
The structure itself is not overly technical but will be challenging for the majority of riders willing to take it on, for those that dont wish to tackle it there is a new alternate route bypassing the filter and structure.
Thank you to all those that helped out on the day and to DEC for allowing us to build and install on there land. This is a great achievement by the PMBC and we are proud to be able to have built the trust and respect of the land managers involved. There are several more ladders to be built and installed both at Forsyth mills and at Turner hill so get involved and help me to help you get what you want to ride.
Crank hard and fast
